Easy Flex

Easy Flex is based out of Room No-715 at the Ishan Institute of Management and Technology. It’s a bit of an unusual spot since we are located on a campus at Plot-2 in Greater Noida, but it works out well for us. Having an office in a management institute means it’s relatively quiet most of the time, except for when the students are changing classes. We have our desks set up in one room, and that is where all the magic happens—or at least where all the emails get sent from. We deal with flexible materials and parts, so there is usually a sample or two lying around on the floor. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure that our clients get what they asked for. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just grab something from the local stalls nearby or bring our own lunch boxes. Greater Noida is still growing, so there is always construction noise somewhere in the distance. We like it this way because it’s low-key and we can focus on our tasks without too many distractions. Being in a single room means we always know what everyone else is working on, which makes coordinating things a lot easier than if we were spread out across a big building.
