Our office is located over at Site B in Surajpur, right in Greater Noida. Dynacon Projects Pvt Ltd has been based at B/2 36 for some time. Being in an industrial area like this means there's always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks going by. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where the action is for project work. We spend most of our days looking at plans or talking to suppliers on the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of rolled-up drawings sitting in the corner. We get a lot of sun through the front windows in the afternoon, which makes it bright but a bit warm. There’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things ourselves. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three deadlines hit at once, but we usually manage to figure it out. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the site work and making sure the materials arrive when they should. People in the Surajpur area know us as the guys who are always busy. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes we stay late to finish up a quote. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a business in a place like Noida.
