D.R. Buildstate

Our office is located at B-252 in Alpha 1, right here in Greater Noida. Krishna Mani Mishra has been at this spot for a while, and it has become a familiar place for anyone involved with D.R. Buildstate. This part of G.B. Nagar has changed a lot lately, with new buildings going up all around us. Even so, our little corner of Alpha 1 stays relatively quiet during the work week. The office itself is not much to look at, just a functional space where we handle all the daily tasks that come with running a business in Uttar Pradesh. We spend most of our time looking at site plans or dealing with the various bits of paperwork that seem to pile up on the desks. There is always a lot of coordination involved with our building projects. Sometimes the traffic in Noida makes it a bit of a struggle to get to different sites, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks or big slogans to get attention. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just stopping by the office to ask a question. We usually have some tea going and a few chairs for visitors to sit in while we talk. It is a straightforward operation, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
