If you find yourself in Sector 31 in Noida, you might come across us. We are located at Avinash Kumar’s place. It’s a bit of an industrial vibe around here, which makes sense for a precision company. We spend our days working on small parts and making sure the machines are calibrated properly. It’s quiet work in some ways but noisy in others. Noida has changed so much since we first set up shop; there’s always new construction or a new road being paved nearby. Our team is pretty tight-knit. We eat lunch together and talk about the weekend or how the traffic was on the way in. It’s not a flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a place for work. We have tools, benches, and a lot of metal bits lying around. Sometimes we stay late when a job needs finishing, and other times it’s a bit slower. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us, so we just tell people we make precision parts and leave it at that. It’s honest work and we like the precision of it, even if the office itself is a bit cluttered sometimes. Being in U.P. gives us a good base to work from, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this sector over the years. It is just how things go for us.
