Dlf Project Ltd.

We are over at Flat 55C in the D-4 LIG blocks in Sector-82 of Noida. It’s Parvinder Kumar Sharma’s place where Dlf Project Ltd. keeps its main desk. Noida has changed a lot, but this part of Sector-82 feels a bit more grounded. These LIG flats aren't huge, so we have to be pretty organized with our space. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, which keeps us moving I guess. We have our files and some basic equipment tucked into the corners. It’s a very local feel here. You can hear the neighbors and the kids playing outside in the common areas. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back on. We don't have a receptionist or any fancy lobby. If you come by, you’re basically walking into a workspace that doubles as a living area sometimes. It’s how we’ve always done things. Simple and without any unnecessary extras. The area around here is busy with new construction all the time, but our little corner stays the same. We handle the paperwork and the planning for our projects right from these rooms. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and it works for the kind of work we do. We don't really see the need for a big glass office in a tech park when we can just work from here and stay close to the community.
