D.J Construction Nagpur

D.J Construction Nagpur is currently based out of the NTPC PDIL Building in Sector 1 of Noida. We’re on the 1st floor in the West Wing. It’s a bit funny having Nagpur in our name but working out of this big building in Noida, but that’s just how the business moved. The office is busy because Sector 1 is a major hub. We share the floor with a few other outfits, so there’s always people walking in the hallways. Our space is filled with drawings and a lot of folders. The team spends a lot of time on the phone coordinating with sites. Noida can be a bit overwhelming with all the construction going on, but we just stick to our corner. We eat our lunch in the small breakroom or sometimes go downstairs to find a quick snack. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few old chairs and a lot of fluorescent lighting. Yatish Kumar leads the engineering side of things here. We deal with a lot of technical specs and making sure the math works out for our projects. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking over lists. The commute here can be a real pain in the morning, but we’re used to it. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a practical way to run things, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now. We don't have much room for guests.
