Customer Care Executive

I work as a Customer Care Executive from my apartment at A-34 Yarrows Apartment, C-Block, Sector 62, Noida. It is a residential area, so it is quite different from working in one of the big office parks nearby. I have my little corner set up with my computer and my headset. My day is mostly spent talking to people who need help with various things. It is not a fancy corporate job with meetings and boardrooms. It is just me in my living room, trying to solve problems. Sector 62 is a big part of Noida, but Yarrows Apartment is relatively quiet, which helps when I am on the phone. I have been doing this for a while now, and I like the independence it gives me. I don't have a manager standing over me, so I just have to make sure I do my work well. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out, which can be stressful, but that is just life in Noida. I try to be honest and helpful with every person I talk to. I don't like using those pre-written scripts that sound like a robot. I just talk to people like a normal person. My home at A-34 is where I spend most of my time, making sure the customers get their issues sorted. It is a practical, no-nonsense way to work and live. I just take things as they come.
