Customer Care Executive

Our office for the Customer Care Executive is located in Village Hosiyarpur, right in Sector 51 of Noida. We are pretty close to the Kendriya Vihar apartments. It’s an interesting spot because you have the village area right next to the big apartment blocks. The address is in Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. We spend most of our time on headsets, talking to customers and trying to solve whatever issues they are calling about. It can get pretty loud in the room when everyone is on a call at the same time. The desks are a bit cramped and there’s always someone looking for a working pen. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We are just here to answer the phones and do our shift. Some days the calls are easy and other days they are really difficult. That’s just the nature of customer care, I guess. We take our breaks when we can and usually go out for a quick bite near the village shops. It’s a very local feel here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with computers and phones. We show up, do the work, and go home. We’ve been at this Noida location for a while now. It’s a practical setup and we just try to get through the queue of calls as fast as we can every day. We don't make much of a fuss, we just stay until the last call is finished.
