We are based at E-197 in Sector Alpha I of Greater Noida City. This is a fairly central spot for us to be in. The office is a simple building where we manage various real estate projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites around the city. Greater Noida is always changing, and we are right there watching it happen. Our space isn't decorated with expensive art; it's mostly maps and folders. We like to keep things practical. People in Alpha I know the area is growing, and we help them figure out where they fit in. We don't have a big marketing department, we just rely on doing our jobs. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport links, but most people find us okay. We are just a group of people who know property. We work together to solve whatever issues come up during the day. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we’re behind on our filing, but we get the important stuff done. It’s a real office for real work. We have a small table where we share lunch and talk about things other than work. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but it keeps us cool during the hot months. We don't need much else to stay productive. It’s just us, doing our thing in Sector Alpha I.
