We are located in Dilshad Garden at C-24-X3. This part of Delhi is always moving, so there is usually plenty of noise outside from the traffic and the local markets. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We spend most of the day on the phone or looking at computer screens. It’s a travel-related business, so we’re always looking up routes or checking prices for people. The walls have a few old calendars on them and we’ve got a small water cooler in the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a few customers come in at once, but we manage. Most of the people around here know us as the local travel guys. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the shops around us change owners many times. Delhi heat can be tough in the summer, but we’ve got a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't the kind of place with a big glass storefront. It’s more of a functional office where we keep track of bookings and handle cancellations. Usually, there is some chai being shared around four o'clock. It’s just a regular daily routine for us. We handle the paperwork, make the calls, and try to keep everything straight. It’s honest work and we like being part of the neighborhood here in East Delhi.
