We’re located in Noida, specifically on the first floor of L-42 in Sector-12. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of blocks that all look a bit similar. We’ve got our office space set up here, and it’s where we handle the insurance side of things. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just reading through policies and talking to people on the phone. We’ve got desks, chairs, and a lot of files that need organizing. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you’re carrying things. We don't really have a fancy mission statement or a polished way of doing things. We just come in, open the laptops, and start working through the list. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with coffee cups and folders everywhere, especially when we’re busy. The air conditioning is a lifesaver in the Noida heat, though it can be a bit loud sometimes. We’re just a small group of people working here, trying to keep track of everything for Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking Ltd. There isn't any corporate polish here, just us doing our jobs in a regular office building. We eat our lunch at the desks and talk about what happened on the news. It’s just a normal workplace where things get done without a lot of fuss.
