B.A.G Films&Media

We are based over in Barola, which is part of Sector-49 in Noida. It's a crowded area, lots of shops and people moving around all the time. Our building is right in the middle of it. We do a lot of media work at B.A.G Films&Media, mostly video stuff and some editing. It's a bit loud outside because of the traffic, but inside we’ve tried to keep it organized for the cameras and the recording gear. We have a small crew, mostly people who grew up around here or moved to Noida for work. Some days are really long, especially when we are finishing a project and have to stay late into the night. We eat a lot of street food from the vendors downstairs because it's quick and cheap. The office isn't very big, and there are wires running across the floor half the time, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door says hello. We've been in Barola for a while and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a practical place to work because everything we need is close by. We just focus on getting the shots right and making sure the sound is clear enough for the edits. It's a busy life, but it's okay. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to save our work every five minutes just to be safe.
