Asst Restaurant Manager.

Our office is on the 3rd floor of H-82A in Gali No -3, Garwali Mohalla. This is right in the Lalita Park area of Laxmi Nager, Newdelhi-110092. Getting up those stairs every day is quite a workout, especially in the heat. As an assistant restaurant manager, the work never really stops. It's not about being in a big fancy restaurant all the time. A lot of the work happens right here, dealing with the paperwork and the staff rotas. Laxmi Nager is always crowded and noisy, but it’s got a good energy. We don’t have a big corporate team writing for us. This is just a simple place where we manage the business day to day. Sometimes the fan in the office makes a weird clicking sound and the internet acts up when it rains. That’s just part of life in Delhi. We don’t have any slogans about excellence or missions. We just deal with the kitchen supplies, the customer complaints, and making sure the staff shows up on time. It’s honest, practical work. Most of us have been in the food business for a long time, so we know how it goes. If you come by, you’ll find us surrounded by files and empty coffee cups. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just keep things running from this little spot on the 3rd floor. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work somehow. It is what it is.
