We have been working out of the Modinagar Govindpuri area for a good while now. Dealing with property stuff can be a real headache, so we just try to keep things as straightforward as we can for the people who come through our door. Real estate in this part of town seems to change fast lately, but we have seen it all happen before. It is more about just finding what fits and making sure the keys actually work when you get them. People usually find us by word of mouth or just seeing the sign while they are out running errands. It is hard work, keeping track of all the different listings and making sure everyone is happy with where they end up. We have got a small desk, a few chairs, and a lot of maps taped to the wall.
