Being in U.P., things can get pretty hectic with the property market always moving. We have a small office where we handle all the building and property paperwork. It’s not a flashy place, just a regular office with desks and files everywhere. Most of the time, we are out looking at sites or meeting people about their land. Ghaziabad is growing fast, and we see it happening right outside our door. Ramprastha is a decent area to be based in. We deal with various property matters and construction projects as they come up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get the filing done. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask about local listings or how a build is going. We just give them the facts and keep working. It's a lot of back and forth with the local authorities and site managers, but that's just part of the daily routine for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
