Dinesh & Associates

Our office is in Rawatsar, which is a part of Hanumangarh in Rajasthan. We are located in Sanjay Colony, specifically Ward No. 21. It’s a very local operation. Dinesh and the rest of us work out of a space that belongs to the Suthar family, Om Prakash and Mohan Lal. It’s a simple building in a residential part of the colony. Being in Rajasthan, it gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so we do most of our heavy lifting in the mornings before the sun gets too high. The office is basic—just some chairs, a couple of solid tables, and our registers. We don’t use much fancy technology, just what’s necessary to keep things moving. We handle associate work and help out with local matters that people bring to us. Everyone in Ward 21 knows where we are, so we don't really need a big sign. The dust can be a bit of a problem when the wind picks up, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the desks. It’s a quiet life here. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors who pass by. It feels right to be working in the same place where we live. There’s no rush, no corporate pressure, just the daily tasks that need to be finished.
