Vaishnavi Food Shopee is located in Bobadi Bhavan. We are right in front of the railway crossing in Rajapet. You can hear the trains passing by all day long. It becomes part of the background after a while. The shop is on the ground level. We sell various food items. Rajapet is a busy area, especially when the gates at the crossing are closed. People wait there and often pop into the shop. Bobadi Bhavan is an old building but it’s sturdy. We keep the shelves stocked as best as we can. It’s a small team here. We do the cleaning and the selling ourselves. It’s not a supermarket. It’s just a local food shopee. We’ve been here for a bit and know the neighbors. Sometimes the dust from the road comes in, so we wipe things down a lot. We don’t have any big corporate plans. We just want to keep the shop running smoothly.
