Sushila Constructions

We run Sushila Constructions from our place at Door No 3-56/1 in Nandipet. This is out in the Nikalpur and Donkeshwar area of Nizamabad. It started out small with just a few basic tools and a lot of manual labor. Now we take on various building projects around the neighborhood. My name is on the paperwork but there are several of us who handle the daily tasks. It gets pretty dusty and loud when we are working on a site, but that is just how construction is. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to suppliers about cement and bricks. Nizamabad has a lot of new things being built lately, so we stay fairly busy most months. Our office is just a room in the house where we keep the receipts and the phone. It is not very formal here. You might find us out at a job site more often than sitting at the desk. We use local workers whenever we can because they know the ground here best. Sometimes the weather slows us down, especially during the heavy rains, but we just pick back up when it clears. Dealing with materials and keeping things on track takes up most of my day. We just want to get the job done right so people can use what we build and it stays standing for a long time.
