Shiva Architects And Interiors is based in Flat No 4 over at Kan in Nizamabad. We are quite close to Gupanpally so it’s a familiar area for most people living on this side of town. The office is a quiet spot where we focus on getting our design work done without too many distractions. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking over the sketches we made the day before. We deal with both the structural side and the inside look of buildings. It is a lot of work to keep track of all the small details but we enjoy the process. The flat isn't huge but it fits our computers and drafting tables just fine. We have samples of wood and tile scattered around because we need to show people what materials feel like. Living and working near Gupanpally means we see the same faces often and we like that local feeling. We aren't trying to be some big city firm with glass walls; we just want to help our neighbors build homes that work for them. Every project is a bit different so we spend a lot of time listening to what people actually need. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up but usually we head out when the sun goes down. It is a practical way to run a business and we've been doing it this way for years.
