Shimac Organics Pvt. Ltd. is located near the main road in the Kuchanapally Mandal area. Being out here means we are closer to the fields and the actual source of what we work with. The building is a simple structure that fits right in with the rural surroundings. Inside, it’s mostly about managing the organic products and making sure everything is stored properly. It’s not like those shiny offices you see in the city. We have mud on our boots quite often because the path from the main road can get messy when it rains. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby villages. We spend our time checking on the quality of the items and talking to the growers. Sometimes the machinery we use needs a bit of a kick to get started in the morning. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk in and find someone at a desk or in the storage area. It’s a lot of manual work, moving crates and checking labels by hand. The air out here is better than the city, though, which is a plus. We keep a small kettle for tea in the corner. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of people trying to manage an organic business in a practical way. Every day brings a different set of small problems to solve, and we just handle them as they come.
