Zaico Seeds Company

Our office is located at B/1/4 in the Sarangapur Industrial Estate. Zaico Seeds Company is basically a place where we handle a lot of logistics for seeds. It’s not a very big operation, just a few of us making sure everything is labeled and stored correctly. The air in the warehouse usually smells a bit earthy. We deal with a lot of different varieties, and keeping track of them all takes up most of our time. It’s important work because farmers depend on what we send out. If we mess up a label, it’s a big problem for someone else’s field. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big glass entrance. It’s just a standard industrial unit with some sturdy shelves and a few desks. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed at the gate, and we end up sitting around talking about the weather or the local news. We don’t do a lot of talking about ourselves; we just focus on the bags and the shipments. The floor is concrete and we’ve got some old wooden pallets stacked up in the corner. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when a big shipment arrives. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every day. No complicated missions or fancy language, just seeds in bags and boxes ready for the next truck.
