S L V Exims is based out of Mailaram, which is a small area in Birkur near Nizamabad. Our address is D No 3-47/1, and it is a pretty quiet spot compared to the big cities. We deal with exports and imports, but we do it from this corner of Telangana without much fanfare. The building is a standard house-style setup where we have converted part of it for our work. It is mostly about moving goods and keeping track of the paperwork that comes with sending things across borders. Since we are in a more rural part of Nizamabad, things move at a slightly different pace here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest rules for shipping. It is not always easy being away from the main transport hubs, but we have managed to build a decent rhythm. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather makes it hard to move trucks on the local roads, but we just wait it out. Our team is small, mostly just a few family members and local help. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you show up, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a stack of files or checking on a shipment. We just do our work and go home.
