Rashid Obaid Contracting Dubai is actually run from our place here in Nizamabad, at house number 9-18-122 in Malapally. It might seem a bit strange to have Dubai in the name while we are in a residential neighborhood in Telangana, but that’s just how our business is set up. We handle a lot of the contracting and labor side of things from this office. It’s a simple setup, just a few of us working out of a regular house. We don’t have a big storefront or any neon signs. Most of our work comes from people in the community who know us and trust us to get things done. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, organizing workers and making sure they have what they need for the different job sites. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or a corporate office with air conditioning in every room. We just work hard and try to stay on top of all the moving parts that come with contracting. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a job doesn't go as planned, but we just talk it out and find a solution. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to do our work and look after our families. It's a straightforward life and we wouldn't have it any other way.
