Ps Rao Hospital

Our hospital is located on Mail Road in Macherla. We’ve been serving the local community here for a while and we also see a lot of people coming in from Guntur. It’s a busy place most of the time. The hallways are usually full of people waiting for their turn to see a doctor. We have different rooms for different needs, but it all feels very local and familiar. The staff here has been with us for a long time. We handle the daily walk-ins and the more serious cases that come through the doors at odd hours. It’s a lot of responsibility to keep everything running smoothly 24 hours a day. The building itself is older, but we keep it clean and tidy. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the generator, which is always a bit of a scramble for the staff. We don't have any of those fancy waiting lounges you see in the city. It’s just rows of chairs and a place for families to sit while they wait for news. Being on Mail Road means we are easy to find, which is good for emergencies. We see all kinds of cases every day. Some days are quieter than others, but that doesn't happen very often. We just focus on getting people seen by the doctors and making sure they get the care they need. It is a tough job but we just take it one patient at a time.
