Janatha Saw Mill

Janatha Saw Mill is located right on Phulong Street, specifically at 1/7/658. If you have ever been down Phulong Street, you know it can get quite busy with all the different shops and people moving around. We have been here for a long time. There is always the sound of machinery going and the smell of wood in the air, which is something you just get used to after a while. It is a dusty place, as you might expect from a saw mill. We don't have a fancy front office or a receptionist sitting at a big desk. Usually, someone is just out in the yard or near the saws. We keep our tools sharp and the wood stacked up where it belongs. It is hard work but it is what we do. People from the neighborhood know Janatha Saw Mill because we have stayed in the same spot at 1/7/658 for so many years. The street outside can get a bit cramped when trucks are coming in or out. We try to keep things organized, but a saw mill is always going to be a bit messy. That is just the nature of the business. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. By the afternoon, it gets pretty warm under the roof. We just focus on the logs and the orders we have to finish for the day. Sometimes we have to wait on deliveries, which slows us down.
