We are located at 5-6-480 in Kamareddy, right near the E-Seva in the NGO Colony. This is in the Nizamabad district, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while. Nizam Deccan Sugars Ltd is a name that people in this part of Andhra Pradesh are pretty familiar with. The office is a practical space, nothing too elaborate. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, given the nature of the sugar business, so you’ll see plenty of files and ledgers around. Being near the E-Seva center means there are always people moving about outside. The building itself is older, and it has that classic look you find in many government and commercial areas around here. It’s not air-conditioned throughout, so we rely on the ceiling fans and the breeze when it’s not too dusty outside. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a fountain or anything. It’s just a place where the staff comes to manage the logistics and the accounts for the sugar works. We know the local farmers and the people who live in NGO Colony. It’s a small-town feel where everyone knows each other. We take our work seriously but we don’t feel the need to act like a big city corporation. We’re just part of the local landscape here in Kamareddy, doing our job day in and day out. It’s a steady way of life.
