Lalitha Metal Industries

Our business, Lalitha Metal Industries, is located at No. 485/1 in Issannapally Village. We are part of the Bhiknoor Mandal. It’s a quiet village area, which we like. We’ve been running our metal operations here for some years now. The workshop is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a fancy factory, just a place with the right tools and enough space for us to work. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. Usually, people find us through someone they know. Most of our workers are from Issannapally or the next village over. We are a small team and we prefer it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We don't use any corporate jargon or talk about our "vision" for the future. We just want to make sure the metal work we do is solid and that the customer gets what they asked for. The village is a nice place to be based. It’s calm until the machines start up in the morning. We have a routine that works for us, and we don't feel the need to change it. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or parts being late, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and look after our families. That’s enough for us here in Bhiknoor Mandal.
