Sai Venkateshwara Industries,Kamareddy

Sai Venkateshwara Industries is tucked away in Shed No. 2/B in the Ilchipur area of Kamareddy. We are part of the I.D.A. complex here. Working in a shed means it gets quite warm during the peak of summer, but we have a few big fans that help. We mostly focus on manufacturing and processing stuff for the local agricultural market. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved in our daily routine. We start our shift early to beat the afternoon heat. The shed is filled with the sound of grinding and metal hitting metal. It’s a gritty environment, but it suits us fine. We aren't big on paperwork or sitting behind a desk for hours. Most of our time is spent on the floor making sure the output is what it should be. The road leading to our shed isn't the smoothest, but trucks manage to get through okay. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for a while. We eat our lunch together near the main door where there’s a bit of a breeze. We don’t put on any acts for visitors. What you see is exactly what we do every single day. There’s always a layer of fine dust on everything, but that’s just part of the industry. We just keep our heads down and get the work done before heading home in the evening.
