Home Place Associates

Home Place Associates is over in Subhash Nagar at H.No:-6-2-205 on R K Road. We are directly opposite the SFS School in Nizamabad. Being across from a school means it gets very lively in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are coming and going. Our office is a small, straightforward place where we handle property and home-related matters. We don't have a lot of employees or a fancy waiting room. It is just a couple of rooms where we keep our records and meet with people. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while and we like the local feel of it. We don't use any marketing tricks or polished speeches. People just come in and tell us what they are looking for or what help they need with their property. We listen and then we see what we can do. Sometimes the paperwork takes a long time and we have to explain that to people. We try to be as clear as possible. Our desks are usually piled high with folders and maps. We aren't trying to be a big corporate firm. We are just a local office helping out our neighbors. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some work, and other times we might be out meeting people at their homes. It is a quiet life but we enjoy being part of the community here in Nizamabad.
