Gunni Lavanya Constructions

Gunni Lavanya Constructions is based out of Gangasamundar in the Nandipet area. Our actual location is house number 1-105/76. We are up in the Nizamabad district of Telangana. Construction work keeps us pretty busy around these parts. We started this small business because we saw houses needed building and fixing in our own town. It is not some huge company with trucks everywhere. We have a few steady workers and we take on projects as they come. Being in Nandipet means we know the local land and what works best for building here. The office is really just a part of the house where we keep the plans and the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the supplies coming in and out. If you’re looking for 1-105/76, it is right in the middle of the residential area. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days the weather stops us from working outside, so we spend those days doing paperwork at the desk. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big scene about it. Most of our clients are people from the same district. It’s a good place to live and work. We plan to stay in Gangasamundar for a long time. It’s been a few years since we really got going. We just try to be honest about the work.
