Gopal Ganesh & Co. is located at Door No. 6-26-1604. If you know where the big water tank is in Shradhanand Gunj, then you have basically found our front door. We are right opposite that tank. It is a very busy part of the town, always with some noise from the street or people shouting across the market. Our office is a simple place. We have got some old wooden furniture and a lot of thick ledgers. It feels like a place where real business happens, not the kind you see on television with those glass walls and modern art. We do not have a website that looks professional or anything like that. Most people find us because they have been coming here for years or someone told them where we were located. The heat can be quite a lot during the middle of the day, so we keep the metal shutters halfway down sometimes to stay cool. It is just a few of us here, and we handle things as they come in. There is no big hierarchy or complicated set of rules. If a customer has a question, they just ask it. We have tea together every single morning and talk about the local news or the weather. It is a slow pace but we get everything finished. Being across from the water tank makes it easy to give directions to anyone.
