Fims Building Maintenace

You can find us at H No - 7-14-460 in Islam Pura, which is over in the Khoja Colony part of Nizamabad. We spend most of our time out at different buildings fixing things that have broken down. Our base here is where we keep all the tools and the spare parts. There are ladders leaning against the walls and boxes of plumbing fixtures everywhere. It’s not a very pretty office because we are always moving things around. One day we are dealing with electrical issues and the next day we might be fixing a leaky roof. It is a lot of physical labor and we often come back with dirt on our clothes. We handle the maintenance for different properties around town. People call us when something goes wrong and we head out as soon as we can. Sometimes the parts we need are hard to find and we have to wait for a delivery. The phone rings a lot, especially when the weather is bad and buildings start having problems. We are a small team and we know how each other works. It’s a simple operation based out of Nizamabad. We don't have a big corporate structure. We just show up with our toolkits and get to work on whatever needs fixing that day. It is tiring work but someone has to do it for the community here.
