Down in Dichpally Mandal, you’ll find us at Sy No 177 in Bibipur Thanda. This is where Naira Hooria Plastic Industries operates. It’s a bit of a rural setting for a plastic factory, but it works for us. The Thanda is a small community, and most people here know who we are. We have a big shed where all the machines are kept. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once. We make various plastic items, and the process is pretty repetitive. You put the material in, wait for the cycle, and take the product out. We do this hundreds of times a day. The guys working here are mostly from nearby villages. We don't have a lot of hierarchy. The owner is usually right there on the floor helping out if something goes wrong. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. We just focus on finishing the orders we have. The weather can be tough out here, especially the heat in April and May, but we have some big fans to keep the air moving. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We show up, do the work, and head home. There’s nothing fancy about it, just a group of people making a living with plastic molds in a quiet corner of the district. It’s been our daily routine for a long time.
