Sri Laxmi Gold Food Industries

Our place is over at 6 123 in Aryanagar, Borgaon P. It’s where we handle all the food processing stuff throughout the week. If you walk by in the morning, you can usually smell whatever we are working on that day. It isn't a massive factory, just a decent-sized space where we keep the grinders and the packing bags. Borgaon P is a quiet enough area, but our street gets some trucks coming in and out which makes things a bit tight sometimes. We start pretty early before the sun is even fully up to get the machines warmed up and the floors swept. It gets quite dusty with all the grain and flour moving around, so we are always wearing these old aprons that have seen better days. There are about five of us who handle the daily tasks, from checking the quality to making sure the bags are sealed right. We don't use any of those big corporate systems, we just write things down in a ledger and keep track of who needs what. Most of the people who buy from us have been coming here for years, so they just pull up and wait for us to bring the sacks out. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the orders to worry about how the building looks to outsiders. It’s a simple setup for simple food work.
