Binding Ice Cream

Our location is at 3/2/169 on Banswada Road, right where it meets Ootpally Road in Bodhan. It’s a bit of a crossroads, so we see a lot of people who are just passing through on their way to somewhere else. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s a simple building with a corrugated roof that gets quite loud when it rains. We have a couple of large chest freezers that take up most of the room. It gets pretty dusty inside because of the trucks on the main road, so we are constantly cleaning the glass. We don't have a big staff, just us family members taking turns behind the counter. We don't have any of those modern fancy toppings or expensive machines. We just sell straightforward ice cream in cups and cones. Sometimes the supply truck doesn't show up on time, and we have to tell people we're out of their favorite kind. They usually don't mind and just pick something else. It’s a very casual place. We have a small light out front that we turn on when it gets dark so people know we are still open. It’s a good spot to sit for a minute and get away from the sun. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to keep the shop running and the customers satisfied with a cold treat. We spend most of the day just keeping the place tidy and waiting for the afternoon rush.
