Apoorva Photo Color Lab

If you find yourself at the RTC Complex in Armoor, you’ll see Apoorva Photo Color Lab at Shop No:11. We are right there in the middle of the Nizamabad district heat. Our shop is small, and it always has that distinct chemical smell from the photo processing machines, even though things have gone mostly digital these days. We still have the old frames hanging on the walls and some sample prints that have faded a bit over the years. It’s a simple setup with a counter in the front and the studio area in the back behind a heavy curtain. People come in all day for different things—mostly passport photos or sometimes families who want a proper portrait for an occasion. The RTC Complex is always loud with the buses coming and going, so there’s a constant hum of engines and people shouting for their stops. We’ve seen a lot of faces pass through this shop over the years. Some people have been coming to us since they were kids. It’s not a high-end photography studio with fancy lights and backdrops. We use what we have and it usually gets the job done. The floor is a bit worn out from all the foot traffic, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that we’ve just gotten used to. We don't spend much time on decorating. We just focus on the prints and making sure people get what they need.
