Apna Function Hall

Down in Achanpally, over in Bodhan, you’ll find Apna Function Hall. We are situated at Sy No 159/A. This place has seen a lot of gatherings over the years. It’s a large hall where people bring their families for weddings or local events. We don't spend much time on fancy advertising. Mostly, people just come by because they live in Nizamabad and need a place for a few hundred people to sit. We spend a lot of our time moving chairs around or making sure the lights are working. It’s a lot of maintenance work that people don't see. When there is no event, it’s quiet and we are usually sweeping the floors or fixing something that got broken at the last party. We’ve had all sorts of groups here, and each one brings a different kind of energy to the building. It’s a practical space, nothing too over the top, just a roof and four walls where folks can celebrate together. We deal with the bookings ourselves and try to keep the calendar straight. Sometimes things get hectic during the wedding season and we are on our feet all day and night. But that is just how it is when you run a hall. We’re just glad to have a spot that the local community uses. We try to keep the prices fair so that everyone in the village can afford to use the space when they need it.
