Paramparagat Gyan And Vanoushadhi Vikas Foundation is located at Ward No 19 in Kasturba Nagar. We are based out of Nirmal Kumar Awasthi’s place. Our name is a bit long, but it basically covers what we are interested in. We don't have a fancy headquarters or anything like that. It’s a very modest setup where we keep our documents and have our meetings. Being in Kasturba Nagar, we are close to the local community. Our work is more about traditional knowledge and plants, so it’s not your typical export business. We spend a lot of time talking to people and gathering information. It’s slow work and requires a lot of patience. We don't have a marketing budget or a sales team. We just do what we do because we think it’s worth doing. The office is usually full of books and papers. It can get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. Sometimes we work late, and sometimes we take a long break when the weather is nice. It’s an informal way of running things, but it works for us. We've been in this ward for a long time.
