Om Sai Travels

We operate out of Hno. 5-2-41 in Gajulapet. It’s a modest setup, mostly just a desk and some chairs where people can sit and talk about their travel plans. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s not a big fancy travel agency like you see in the city centers. Most of our customers are locals who need a ride to the next town or maybe a trip further away for a wedding or a family visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking routes and making sure the vehicles are ready to go. The office can get a bit loud when it’s busy, but we don’t mind the noise. It means people are moving. We’ve learned over the years that things don't always go according to plan on the road, so we try to be prepared for anything. We don’t have a glossy website with pictures of beaches. Usually, people just know us by word of mouth. Someone’s cousin used us once and told their neighbor, and that’s how we keep going. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We’re just regular people trying to make travel a bit easier for everyone in the district.
