We are running things out of the Ant Ram Complex in Narsingpur. It is a small operation, to be honest. You can find us at Nirmal Bhati’s place. We deal with learning solutions, which might sound a bit formal, but it is mostly just us figuring out better ways for local students to study and understand their subjects. We aren't a big school, just a group of people who are interested in education. Narsingpur is a decent place to work from because it is not too loud, so we can actually focus on what we are doing. Our office is simple, just some computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We spend a lot of time talking about how to make lessons easier to understand for the kids. It involves a lot of trial and error. Sometimes a plan works out well, and other times it doesn’t, so we have to start over from scratch. We do not have a big board of directors or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to make things a little better for the students nearby. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth. It feels more personal that way. We like being in the complex because there are other small businesses around, so it feels like a little community of working people.
