Chitroptala Developers Private Limited is a small company operating out of South Bangalore. You can find us at No. 77, a building we call Sai Nirmal, which is on the 7th Cross of 1st Main in Vittal Nagar. It’s part of the Bikasipura area, which is a fairly quiet residential pocket near the hills. We aren't a huge developer with hundreds of projects going at once. We prefer to focus on a few things at a time and make sure they get done right. The office at Sai Nirmal is where we do all the planning and meet with people to discuss their ideas. It’s a very informal environment. We usually have the windows open and you can hear the birds and the local traffic outside. We don’t really believe in using a lot of marketing jargon or making things sound more complicated than they are. Building and developing property is mostly about organization and dealing with a lot of different people, from electricians to government clerks. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, especially with the traffic in Bangalore making every trip take twice as long as it should. But we’ve been at this for a while and we know how to handle the ups and downs. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving between the office and various sites. It’s just normal work for us, and we try to be as direct as possible with anyone who walks through our door.
