We have our office at room 201 in the Nirmal Towers, which is right on Barakhamba Road. This is a very busy part of the area, and there’s always people moving around outside. We operate as CHETYA REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED. Being in a building like Nirmal Towers means we are around a lot of other businesses, but we just focus on our real estate work. The office is a basic space on the second floor where we keep all our files and meeting notes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at various property sites. Real estate involves a lot of small details that you have to get right, so we spend a good chunk of the day just double-checking everything. We aren't the type of company that puts up big billboards or uses fancy words. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them find what they are looking for. Barakhamba Road can be loud, but once you’re inside the office, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen the market go up and down. We just keep showing up and doing the work, day after day. It’s a straightforward business for us, and we don't try to make it seem like anything more than it is.
