Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd

We have been working out of the Reily Compound for quite a while now. It’s located at 365/A, right near the Masani Amman Koil in Connoor. If you know the area, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times. Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd is basically a place where we try to help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It sounds simple but it involves a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls. The office is pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. There is usually a stack of resumes on the corner of the table and the fan hums away to keep the air moving. Connoor is a nice place, though it gets a bit damp during the rainy season. We all live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad. We aren't a giant corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where you can walk in and talk to someone face-to-face. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons talking to people who drop by. Sometimes we share some snacks in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We don't have any big slogans or fancy mission statements on the wall. We just try to get the paperwork done and make sure people get where they need to be. It is just a regular job for us, and we do our best with what we have.
