Manpower Outsourcing Concern

We set up Manpower Outsourcing Concern here in Marumugam Kuringinagar a while back. It is quiet up here in the Nilgiris, especially around Rockland and Chamraj Post. People usually think of tea gardens when they hear about this place, but there is a lot of work that needs doing behind the scenes. We mostly help out with getting people to the right jobs. It is not always easy because the roads can be a bit tricky and things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We just keep our office running and try to answer the phone when it rings. Most days it is about figuring out who is looking for work and who needs a hand at their business. We have been at this address for some time now. Some people just walk in, others call us up from nearby villages. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a few files. It gets cold here in the mornings so we usually start with some tea. We know the local area well because we live here too. If someone needs staff for a project or a small shop needs an extra person, they usually find their way to us. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It is just a small operation really. We stay busy enough. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with paperwork, but that is just how it goes when you are dealing with people.
