Glenmire Properties Llp is up in the hills of Coonoor. Our office is at 19A, Club Road, right near Sims Park. It is a very different environment than the hot cities. The air is cooler here in the Nilgiris, and it definitely changes how we go about our business. Being in the 643101 area means we deal with properties in a mountainous region. We spend a lot of time looking at land and buildings around Coonoor. Our office is just a simple place on Club Road where we keep our files and meet with people. Working in the Nilgiris has its own set of challenges, especially with the winding roads and the weather. We handle various property matters, which involves a lot of walking around and checking boundaries. It isn't a fast-paced corporate life here. We take things as they come. Most days involve talking to neighbors or checking on the maintenance of a site. Being near Sims Park is nice because it’s a well-known spot, so people don't have much trouble finding our door at 19A. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just know the local property market well because we live and work here. It’s a steady job that keeps us busy throughout the year. We just focus on the properties and making sure everything is in order for the people we work with. The hills keep us fairly active.
