Enercon India Ltd

Up here in the Nilgiris, we have a little office for Enercon India Ltd in Adigaratty Village. Specifically, we are at 7/225, near the Adigaratty Post. It is a beautiful part of Tamilnadu, though we spend most of our time inside working. It’s a quiet village and we like the pace of life here. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters; we are just a local site office. We have a few people who handle the technical stuff and some who do the admin. It’s a small team, so we all end up helping out with everything. The weather can be a bit misty sometimes, which makes the morning commute interesting, but we wouldn’t trade it for a city office. We don't really do the whole professional branding thing. We just show up in our regular clothes and get to work. Most of our neighbors are farmers or local shopkeepers, and we get along with everyone. We focus on the daily chores that keep the company running in this district. There’s no need for fancy titles or complicated mission statements. We just try to do right by the work and keep things simple. If you are passing through Coonoor and head towards Adigaratty, that’s where you’ll find our little setup. It’s humble, but it serves its purpose for us and the company. We've been here for years and we're just part of the local scene now. It is a good place to be.
