If you ever find yourself driving out of Latur on the Bider Road, you’ll likely pass where we are at Alichem Pvt. Ltd. It’s a bit of a stretch of road that sees a lot of traffic between the towns. We’ve set up our place here because it makes sense for moving goods around. It isn't a flashy office by any means, just a solid building where we handle our chemical business. The days here usually start early before the sun gets too hot. We spend a lot of time checking our supplies and talking to transporters. The road outside can get pretty noisy with trucks, but inside we just keep our heads down and work. We aren't really the type of people to talk about visions or big goals. We just want to make sure the chemicals we produce or trade are of decent quality and get to where they're going on time. Most of us living around here have grown up with this landscape. It’s a dry, dusty part of the country, but it’s home. We know the local farmers and the other businesses along Bider Road quite well. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, maybe a delivery is late or the weather plays up, but we always find a way to sort it out. That’s just how it goes for a small company like ours. We’re just local people doing our bit in the industry.
