Prema Sourcing

Prema Sourcing is based right in the Dindigul District. We don’t have a single shopfront in the middle of a city; we’re more about moving around the district to find what people need. Sourcing isn’t always easy, and a lot of our time is spent on the phone or riding around to check on different suppliers. Dindigul is known for a few specific things, but we look for whatever our clients are asking for, whether it's hardware, textiles, or raw materials. The weather here is usually quite warm, so a lot of our meetings happen over quick cups of coffee in various markets. We don't have a big corporate structure with managers and assistants. It’s just us doing the legwork, checking the quality of items before they get shipped out, and making sure the prices aren't jumping around too much. Some days are spent entirely in warehouses, looking through boxes and making sure the counts are right. It can be a bit tedious, but that’s the nature of the business. We’ve built up a lot of contacts around the district over the years, so we usually know who to call when a specific part is missing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the area, just a reliable group of people who know how to get things from point A to point B without any extra trouble or making promises we can't keep. It’s a lot of driving and talking, but we’re used to it.
