We've been at Ganeshkrupa House for a while now. It's on Plot No 53 in Sector 21. If you're coming down from Nigdi, look for the Bank of Maharashtra in Yamunanagar. We are just ahead of that. Our day starts early. The crew comes in, we get things moving on the floor. It can get busy with the automotive stuff we handle. There's usually a lot of noise and parts being moved around. It's a solid place to work. We don't really do the fancy office thing. It's more about getting the job done right. Sometimes we stop for tea nearby. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small shops, so it stays pretty grounded. We know the people around here. It’s just us doing our thing at Tata Johnson Controls. We deal with seating systems and all that, keeping busy through the week. The address is 44, which is easy enough to find if you know the area. We like it here because it's convenient for the staff. Most of us have been around for years. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a group of people working together in Nigdi. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much, especially during the shift changes. But we manage. It’s a practical setup. No frills. Just hard work and making sure everything is in its place before we head home for the day. It’s how we’ve always done it. We just focus on the seating parts and getting them out on time.
