We are situated in the Nigdi area of Pune, right along Talewade Road near the Ram Temple. The address is C/O Ashok Jadhav in Triveni Nagar, which is where we manage things for Cummins India Ltd. It’s a very local part of town, and having the temple nearby means there is always a bit of activity and noise on the street. We deal with a lot of technical parts and heavy machinery stuff, so it’s not the cleanest environment, but we don't mind the grease and the metal. The workshop area is usually full of tools and engine components that need to be looked at. We have a small crew of mechanics and supervisors who have been around engines for most of their lives. It's not a shiny corporate headquarters; it's a place where work actually happens with wrenches and clipboards. Pune gets quite busy, and the traffic on Talewade Road can be a headache, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or checking schedules to make sure the parts are moving where they need to go. We drink a lot of chai from the stall down the road and talk about how to fix the latest mechanical issues. We don’t have any polished speeches or mission statements, just a bunch of people who know how engines work and try to keep things running smoothly for our customers every single day.
